I tried the three steps suggested in this article, but none resolved the issue. The error is still occurring. I ended up finding a fix on this thread. I have the same problem. I upgraded from Windows 7 Home to Windows 10 yesterday. I do know that the updates were working right after the upgrade because when turned it of last night it installed updates and then when I booted it up this morning it configured updates on bootup.
I have noticed what I believe to be a related issue. My downloads from the Windows store do the same thing. They say they are downloading but they don’t. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site. Any image, link, or discussion of nudity. Any behavior that is insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect.
